Thanks to Cornwall Council’s Community Capacity Funding (CCF) we are well on our way towards submitting a planning application for 3 homes (2X 1 bed and 1 X 2 bed) on the disused playground towards the back of Lafrowda Close. We need a further £15,500 to submit the planning application but CCF money has at least shown us it is feasible.
