Lands End Peninsula Community Land Trust (LEPCLT) was established as a charitable organisation in 2010. We set up with the goal of providing affordable housing for local people and establishing a Local Community Supported food growing project.

Trustees are: Sue James (Chair), Kate Goodman (Company Secretary), Norman Emberson, Sharon Brolly (Chair of Skate Park and Recreation Ground Committee), Delia Webb (Chair of Pendeen Community Cemetery Committee), Tim Wotton. Jeremy Spanton acts as our bookkeeper (voluntary).
